Brick row is a mixed-use transit oriented development (TOD) project adjacent to the DART Spring Valley Light Rail Station. This public/private partnership between the City of Richardson and Winston Capital Corp. and L&B Realty Advisors is a $140M, 30-acre development described as a "walkable urban village".
The master-planned development features approximately 1,000 upscale residential units, 80,000 sf retail and restaurant, and 11,000 sf office space.
SPPRE served as an on-call Public/Private Finance and Development Advisor to the City of Richardson on Brick Row and other developments.
